Meet Our Registered Clinical Dietitian,

Nicole Fuller, RD

I can’t wait to meet you! I treasure every single patient and our wonderful relationships!

I am blessed to live in the beautiful mountain town of Grand Junction, CO with my wonderful husband, Erik and our three sweet daughters: Liliana, Ella, and Allison. I am an avid runner and I LOVE death metal. I go to concerts every chance I get. Woo!

I was my first patient. I walk through the intuitive eating journey every day. As a result, I love myself and my body. Resurrecting my ability to hear my body and actually LISTENING to it is the most empowering thing I’ve EVER done. Through intuitive eating I have become the person I was created to be. I am stronger physically and mentally, I am a more powerful runner and athlete, I am a more caring and understanding mom, and I am a more confident and joyful goal chaser than I’ve ever been in my life. I am down to earth, I am an extrovert to my core, and I can’t wait to help you reach your goals. To not share this gift with you would darken my own light. I want this for you too! I have already helped countless patients reach their true and very powerful potential. Your happiness is my happiness.

What’s an Intuitive Eating Dietitian?

An intuitive eating dietitian helps patients learn how our thoughts and feelings impact our eating behavior. We address the brain first and the body will follow. Weight is a symptom, not a cause. We reject diet culture and weight stigma to get you to your truly powerful and authentic health that is sustainable for life. Want to learn more? Schedule your FREE 30 min discovery call today.

I promise I’m fun to talk to :).

What’s the Difference Between a Dietitian and a Nutritionist?

The short answer…dietitians are federally regulated. Nutritionists and health coaches are not.

Anyone can say they are a nutritionist or health coach and not have any training. It is against the law to call yourself a dietitian if you are not.

Dietitians now have to have their masters degree in nutrition and dietetics. We have to complete an intensive internship that includes clinical inpatient care. We also have to take a rigorous test just like doctors and nurses do. We’re the real deal.
